Open Access: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. An Editorial
Abstract. About a year after launching Magnetic Resonance
it seems appropriate to publish a few editorial remarks about the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of Open Access, motivated by an analysis of the Ethics Committee of the French CNRS and by a debate organized by the Royal Dutch Academy of Science.
